No change is going to happen! Time to deal with it and delete the game.

Sorry for the long post.
I have played clash for three years. Been leading LaydBackAnimals for two years. This last update is causing adult members of my clan for over two years leave the game. I'm not sure why the game developers are not taking notice of this great games decline. You must be getting flooded with emails.
Your latest update has slowed the game to a snails pace. There is no loot to find and for th9 n down it is impossible to save up to upgrade items because higher levels just raid easily.
I have lost 4 long term members since the update and another 6 are close to leaving as well. I have worked incredibly hard to build a great clan. Invested over $3,000 on two accounts. It is incredibly frustrating when the only answers I receive are generic we are monitoring it.
It is a very serious issue and I can not implore the powers that be to fix the numerous issues that were clearly overlooked during this planned update.
You can't expect loots to be available if you require everyone to always attack to 50% to get a decent attack bonus. If people can't find loot the game is incredibly boring. Constantly hitting the next button. I here this from all members everyday.
If this issue is not corrected very soon I'm afraid my awesome clan will crumble away due to frustration with your developers. I am only contacting you to contribute plausible feedback from a player that clashes for long periods of time.
The longer you avoid admitting and correcting the issues that are frustrating your customers the sooner your rating will continue to fall.
Please don't let all the thousands of emails I know you are receiving fall on deaf or stubborn ears. It's more serious than you think.

Hi XXXX,
Thank you for reaching out to us and playing Clash of Clans.
I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the new updates. The changes made to Clash of Clans have shaken up what many have come to expect from its gameplay, especially regarding loot acquisition. We think it’s for the better. I’ll try and explain why.
1. Shields: changes made to them will serve to benefit you. You may now attack while shielded, making it easier than ever to raid for epic loot! This will balance out instances when you are not given shields after an attack (this won’t even happen that often).
2. Village Guard: like a shield, you may attack while guarded. However, while shield duration will shorten after choosing to raid, a Village Guard allows you to attack as much as you want, for as long as the Guard lasts. An all-you-can-raid loot buffet! Nom-nom-nom.
3. Will create better village layouts than ever. Want some tips on making the best design possible? Visit the forums for barbaric inspiration if you haven’t already. It’ll also help inspire your raiding technique.
Any resources that have not been collected will still be in the Gold Mines, Elixir Collectors or Dark Elixir Pumps. The protection level of these buildings is very low. Meanwhile, war win bonuses (until collected and transferred to storages) are stored in the Clan Castle, where the protection level is very high.
When collected, resources are moved to storage buildings and the Town Hall. Town Halls hold an equal share of Elixir/Gold along with storages, whereas a flat 20% of all collected DE is deposited in the Town Hall. The protection level of these buildings is high. Town Halls hold roughly the same amount of lootable Gold/Elixir as one storage, and 25% of lootable Dark Elixir.
If no resources have been collected and the storages are empty, you may even attack a storage or Town Hall without scoring any loot. Also, remember that you don’t receive loot from a Town Hall or Clan Castle unless it’s completely destroyed.
Storage and Town Hall Protection Levels depend on your TH level relative to your opponent’s. If you attack a lower TH player, the loot you stand to gain is less than when you attack someone at your level. Attack someone above your TH league, and the rewards can be even greater.
Being a player myself, I understand that its not so easy to adapt with all the changes that we have implemented in the game however I am sure you will enjoy our new changes in the long run. We understand that sometimes it is difficult to introduce new attributes to the game that will please all players. These new changes apply equally to all the players and our team has made the necessary adjustments to make the game experience more enjoyable for everyone, regardless of what level they are.
However, we do appreciate opinions like this as they are extremely important to us to know what is needed for the better improvement of the game. After all, we keep Clash going for the gamers, so where would we be without knowing what you like?
I certainly do not want to provide you any false assurance regarding an immediate change in this regard however I will do everything I can to represent your observations and feedback on our updates to our development team for further review.

Your developers, through this update, have reduced loot acquisition by 500%. My clan is all adults. Many paying customers. Let me give you a Real Time example. Our average gold n elixir haul after a 2 hour boost averaged 5 million combined loot pre-update. Post update for that same two hour period the loot total on average was 1 million combined. We have completed these boost tests 6 times this week. Every time it is the same result. A 500% REDUCTION!! So I actuallyfind it hard to believe you really do play the game as your email claims. Every single one of my TH 9 players can't keep the loot stored to try to upgrade anything. When EVERYBODY is complaining it's not just a blip in the game play design. It's a flaw!
If our feedback is important to you, perhaps you could explain why your management team is instructing you to ignore it.
